Veg Baos

Fresh vegetable filling inside a soft, pillowy bao—crafted for quality, convenience, and menu versatility. A dependable vegetarian favourite for modern QSRs and cloud kitchens.

Steaming:

  • Boil water and lightly grease the steamer tray or use a silicone sheet.
     

  • Place frozen baos without touching and steam for 10 minutes until fully cooked.

Deep Frying:

  • Heat oil to 170°C.

  • Thaw by microwaving for 2 minutes with water or steam for 3 minutes.

  • Fry for 4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

 

Note : Always ensure that the baos are thoroughly heated to core before serving.
