Pizza Baos

A fusion of pizza flavours and soft, fluffy bao buns. Savoury, comforting, and consistently crafted—perfect as a snack or with chutney. Add this innovative favourite to your menu for a fun, modern twist.

Steaming:

​

  • Bring water to a boil in the steamer.

  • Lightly grease the tray or use a silicone mesh & place frozen baos without touching.

  • Steam for 10 mins until fully cooked.

 

Deep Frying:

​

  • Thaw: Microwave 2 mins with a bowl of water or steam 3 mins.

  • Heat oil to 170°C.

  • Fry thawed baos for 4 mins until golden.

 

Note : Always ensure that the baos are thoroughly heated to core before serving.
