Choco Baos

Steaming:

  • Heat water in the steamer until boiling.

  • Cover and steam for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.

 

Deep Frying:

​

  • Thaw (microwave 2 mins or steam 3 mins).

  • Fry at 170°C for 4 mins until golden.

 

Note : Always ensure that the baos are thoroughly heated to core before serving.
