 Chicken Tikka Baos

Steaming:

  • Heat water to boiling and lightly grease the steamer or use a silicone sheet.

  • Place frozen baos without overlapping and steam for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.

Deep Frying:

​​

  • Thaw slightly (microwave 2 mins with water bowl / steam 3 mins).

  • Heat oil to 170°C and fry baos for 4 minutes until golden brown.

 

    Note : Always ensure that the baos are thoroughly heated to core before serving.
