Chicken Peri Peri Baos

Our Chicken Peri Peri Bao blends zesty, spicy chicken with a fluffy handcrafted bun. Designed for QSRs, it offers bold flavour, easy prep, and reliable consistency—ideal for trendy, high margin menu offerings.

Steaming:

  • Boil water in a steamer and lightly grease the tray or use a silicone sheet.

  • Place frozen baos without touching and steam for 10 minutes until fully cooked.

Deep Frying:

​

  • Heat oil to 170°C.

  • Thaw baos by microwaving for 2 minutes with a bowl of water or steam for 3 minutes.

  • Fry for 4 minutes until golden brown and crisp.

 

Note : Always ensure that the baos are thoroughly heated to core before serving.
