Steaming:

Heat water to boiling and lightly grease the steamer or use a silicone sheet.

Place frozen baos without touching and steam for 10 minutes.

Deep Frying:

Thaw slightly (microwave 2 mins with water bowl / steam 3 mins).

Heat oil to 170°C and fry baos for 4 minutes until golden brown.
​
Note : Always ensure that the baos are thoroughly heated to core before serving.
