At April3rd Foods, we're looking for an Accounts manager who will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

Responsibility : 

​

  • Verify all the purchase invoices along with the backup documents i.e., quotations, purchase order, purchase approval, GRN, Price comparison etc. and send the file to Reporting manager for the Random Verification and Approval of the payment

  • Check and approve all the debit and credit notes on daily basis

  • Quarterly verifying the vendor ledger confirmation letters

  • Responsible to verify the salary advance and salary sheet in detail and process the payments

  • Verify the TDS and GST reports and process the payments

  • Verify and process the payment of PF, ESI and PT

  • Weekly verification of Petty cash

  • Verify the Month-end stock verification report and report to HO if there are any discrepancies

  • Weekly verification of all registers

  • Monthly verification of all filing

  • Verify the Order follow-up sheet of the customers on weekly basis and make sure the orders are receiving from all the customers, if there are any deviations found report to Reporting Manager

  • Check if there is any order is pending to raise the Estimate and share it with the customer

  • Check the open estimate file on weekly basis as there is no order is pending for dispatch for more than 15 days

  • On high priority need to verify if there are any cancelled orders in Cancelled orders file

  • Verify Outstanding payable and receivable reports on weekly basis and submit to the Reporting manager with the signature and file the copy

  • Verify Randomly sales order, invoices, E-way bill, dispatch register, logistics details for the same on daily basis

  • Verify the customer cash ledger and register on weekly basis

  • Trello verification.

  • Reporting:

    • MIS report

    • Total Purchases till date

    • Total Outstanding Payables

    • Total sales

    • Total Outstanding Receivables

    • Net new revenue report

    • Revenue expansion

    • Revenue contraction

    • Churn revenue

    • Upselling report

    • Lost customer report

    • NPD sales report

Requirements : 

​​

  • Academic Qualification : B.com / BBA / M.com / MBA

  • Minimum 5 + years of experience in Manufacturing Industry

  • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience and have handled a small or large team

  • Minimum of 2+ years of knowledge in any Accounting Software

  • Capable of managing end to end accounts up to finalization

  • Good knowledge in TDS, GST and filling of all monthly and annual returns.

  • Male Candidates Preferred
