At April3rd Foods, we're looking for a HR manager who is capable of handling the workforce of a growing company and contribute to its development. 

Responsibility : 

  • Doing gap audit from time to time between people in the current org structure versus roles that are necessary to accomplish the goals of the company

  • Making JD for the new roles that are necessary for the company after consulting with CEO

  • Co-ordinating with recruitment HR till the candidate joins the company

  • Onboarding of newly joined employee

  • Creating positive work culture where employees of the company can self-manage and bring best out of themselves

  • Conduct monthly employee surveys to collate insights at workplace and in turn design

  • employee interventions accordingly to address concern areas

  • Resolving interdepartmental issues

  • Take lead role in monthly Performance appraisal of the employees

  • Ensure that all appraisals are recorded

  • Recommending necessary changes to current incentive/ penalty system of the company on time-to-time basis to CEO to encourage good and punish bad

  • Conducting exit interviews and giving approval for admin HR to proceed with exit formalities

  • Identify legal and statutory requirements affecting factory operation and human resources functions and taking necessary actions to comply

  • Updating Initial setup on time-to-time basis

  • Auditing monthly payroll report prepared by HR Admin

  • Managing recruitment HR and Admin HR

  • Encouraging managers to conduct 30 min weekly once trainings for process improvement and recording the same

  • Managing Industry relations

Requirements : 


  • Academic Qualification : BBA, BA-HRD, MBA (HR)/PGDM (HR)

  • 5+ years in Food Processing industry preferred

  • Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay roll & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

  • Proper factory experience is an added advantage 

  • Male candidates Preferred.
